Parma Cleaning provides cleaning services for both residential and commercial. Our carpet cleaning services are provided by our experienced professionals who provide you with excellent value while providing a service you will be satisfied with.

Parma Cleaning provides different types of cleaning solutions for your home or business. Below are the services we provide to our customers including carpet cleaning, oriental carpet cleaning, move in/move out cleaning, upholstery cleaning, mattress cleaning, pet cleaning, pet odour cleaning, area rug cleaning, vehicle cleaning and disinfection cleaning.

Definitions

A room is defined as a carpeted area up to a maximum of 150 square feet, which is equivalent to a 10' x 15' area.
Combination living/dining rooms, basements, game rooms, larger master bedrooms, larger family rooms, "L" shaped rooms and rooms in excess of 150 square feet will be considered to be two separate rooms.
Hallways up to a length of 10 linear feet are the same as one room.
Foyers/Entries up to a maximum of 40 square feet are also the same as one room.

Restrictions

Spot cleaning, vacuuming, small closets, large closets, walking closets, specialty carpeting and area rugs, such as wool, oriental and hand made rugs, are priced on an individual basis.
All flooring should be clutter free and recently dry vacuumed.
Our prices are for basic cleaning. If any additional Dry vacuuming, Dupont Teflon protector, Chemicals, Pre Conditioning spry, Deep cleaning ,Disinfection and Sanitization, or Pet urine/odour removal is required, there will be additional charge(s) (as priced by technicians).
